1. Who We Are

This website, agentsavanna.ai (the "Site"), is operated by:

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Agentti Savanni Oy is the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with the Site.

2. Scope

This policy covers your use of the Site only — the public pages served at agentsavanna.ai.

It does not cover the Agent Savanna Shopify app. Data processing in the app is described in the separate Privacy Policy for the app.

3. What We Collect on This Site

The short answer: as little as technically possible.

The Site is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, no contact forms, no comment sections, and no e-commerce functionality. We do not:

• Set cookies or use similar technologies (local storage, fingerprinting, tracking pixels)
• Run analytics or audience-measurement tools
• Use advertising, remarketing, or social media trackers
• Embed third-party content that tracks you (external fonts, videos, or widgets)
• Ask you to submit any personal data through the Site

Because of this, the Site itself does not collect or store any personal data about you.

4. Hosting and Server Logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network (Cloudflare, Inc., United States, and its affiliates), which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider.

Like any web server, Cloudflare's infrastructure automatically processes certain technical data when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser and device information (user-agent), the pages requested, timestamps, and referring URLs. This processing is necessary to deliver the Site to you, to secure it (for example, mitigating denial-of-service attacks and blocking abusive traffic), and to diagnose technical problems.

We do not access individual visitor logs. We see only aggregated, non-identifying traffic statistics (such as total request counts) in our hosting dashboard.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Technical log data is retained by Cloudflare only for a limited period for security and operational purposes, in accordance with its own policies. You can read more in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Contacting Us by Email

If you email us at an address listed on the Site, we will process your email address, name (if you provide it), and the contents of your message in order to respond to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, accounting legislation) or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Cookies

The Site currently sets no cookies — neither our own nor third-party cookies — and therefore does not display a cookie consent banner.

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future (for example, for analytics), we will update this policy, add a cookie notice describing each cookie and its purpose, and request your consent where required by law before any non-essential cookies are set.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, such as the Shopify App Store. If you follow such a link, the third party's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the data practices of external sites.

8. International Data Transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network, and the technical data described in Section 4 may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are additionally safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

9. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request rectification of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Data portability, where applicable

Given how little data the Site processes, in most cases we will hold no personal data about you at all. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@agentsavanna.ai. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

10. Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add features to the Site that change how data is processed. The current version is always available at agentsavanna.ai/website-privacy, with the date of the latest update shown at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
