We share minimal data with AI
All data is aggregated before it's stored. We never keep individual orders or customer personal data. We share only minimal, aggregated information with AI models.
Agent Savanna reads your Shopify sales and traffic data. With your permission, it also connects to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads (rolling out to early-access stores), so your weekly report explains the full picture.

Common questions
Is Agent Savanna free?
Yes during Early Access. All features are included at no cost, Early Access spots are limited, and we may change, limit, or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice before paid plans launch.
What data does Agent Savanna access?
Through Shopify, the app requests or may request access to orders (including older than 60 days), products, reports, analytics, and customers — used to build weekly metrics and trends. We also receive basic store metadata such as currency and timezone. With your permission, optional read-only Google connections can add GA4, Search Console, and Google Ads metrics. Storing orders or customer data?
No. We never store individual orders or customer personal data — no names, emails, addresses, payment details, order contents, or browsing behaviour. What we keep is store metadata, aggregated weekly metrics (revenue, order counts, averages, traffic summaries), and the AI insight reports generated for your store. AI providers receive those same aggregates only — never individual-level data.
Where is my data stored, and who else processes it?
Your stored data sits on Google Cloud Platform in the EU (Belgium, europe-west1). Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Report generation uses AI sub-processors: Google AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic in the United States, and Mistral AI in the EU. They only receive aggregated metrics. New sub-processors come with at least 14 days' notice.
What data integrations mean?
Integrations are optional connections you start yourself (for example Google Analytics 4, Search Console, or Google Ads). Each one is read-only: we report on your data and never create, change, or manage anything in those accounts. You can connect or disconnect each service independently from the app; disconnecting revokes access and deletes that service's stored credential and derived data. Data from one platform is never shared with another.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
Credentials, aggregated metrics, and settings are deleted promptly on uninstall. Insight reports are kept for 30 days so they can be restored if you reinstall, then permanently deleted — contact us before uninstalling if you want an export. After deletion we keep only a pseudonymised record that the store used the service, to prevent abuse of free offers. You can also request deletion anytime at privacy@agentsavanna.ai.
