Data privacy
All data is aggregated before it's stored. We never keep individual orders or customer personal data. We share only minimal, aggregated information with AI models.

Each week it reads your sales and traffic numbers and explains what happened, why it changed, and where to act in plain language, using AI workflows. It's built for small and medium-sized stores that have the data but not the time or a dedicated analyst. No dashboards to dig through and no spreadsheets to build. Your first report arrives within minutes of connecting.
Early access is free. Paid plans arrive when the app fully launches, and every store that joins during early access gets at least 3 months of free usage after signing up. No credit card required, and we'll give clear notice before any plan starts.
Agent Savanna is in early access, so installs are handled personally rather than through a public listing. Email us at info@agentsavanna.ai to apply for a spot. No credit card required. Once you're in, we'll send you a private link to install the app on your Shopify store. From there it's a few clicks to connect, and your first weekly report arrives within minutes.
Through Shopify, the app requests access to orders, including those older than 60 days, products, reports, analytics, and customers. This data is used to build weekly metrics and trends. We also receive basic store metadata such as your currency and timezone. With your permission, optional read-only Google connections can add Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Google Ads metrics. Every connection is used only to generate your reports, and the full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
We never store individual orders or customer personal data: no names, emails, addresses, payment details, order contents, or browsing behaviour. Orders are streamed and aggregated in memory as we build your weekly metrics, then discarded. They are never saved to our database. What we keep is aggregated data only: weekly revenue, order counts, averages, and traffic summaries. The AI models that write your report receive those same aggregates, never anything at the individual customer or order level.
Your stored data sits on Google Cloud Platform in the EU, Belgium europe-west1, and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Report generation uses AI sub-processors: Google AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic in the United States, and Mistral AI in the EU. They only ever receive aggregated metrics, never individual orders or customer data. If we add a new sub-processor, we give at least 14 days' notice beforehand.
Integrations are optional connections you start yourself from inside the app. For example, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, or Google Ads. Each one is read-only: we report on your data and never create, change, or manage anything in those accounts. The more sources you connect, the fuller the picture your report can explain: demand, conversion, and ad performance in one place. You can connect or disconnect each service independently at any time. Disconnecting revokes access and deletes that service's stored credential and derived data.
Your credentials, aggregated metrics, and settings are deleted promptly when you uninstall. Your insight reports are kept for 30 days so they can be restored if you reinstall, then permanently deleted. If you'd like an export, contact us before uninstalling. After deletion we retain only a pseudonymised record that the store used the service, which prevents abuse of free offers. You can also request deletion at any time at privacy@agentsavanna.ai.
